No Initial Consultation Fee
If you simply want to find out if legal assistance is
appropriate for your situation, we will be happy to see you
for a short consultation. In most cases there is absolutely
no charge. An attorney will evaluate your legal problem and
advise you of your options. In some cases, after your initial
phone call, we can send you a free booklet relating to your
legal problem.
Standard Fees for Legal Services
If further legal services are anticipated after your initial
conference, your attorney will provide you with a written
fee agreement. In many cases you will be quoted a specific
standard fee. For other cases that are charged on an hourly
basis, we will provide you with a written estimate of total
fees that are anticipated. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
No Fee Until We Collect
For worker’s compensation, personal injury, social security disability, or SSI cases, our firm represents injured and disabled clients on a contingency fee basis. This means that our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you. No fee is charged for initial consultation, and no fee is charged for subsequent work unless and until we recover money to compensate you for your losses.
