As a new member of Harder, Wells, Baron & Manning’s legal team, Katherine will focus her practice on federal disability appeals. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2014, where she served as a managing editor of the Oregon Law Review and focused her studies on public interest law. During law school, Katherine gained experience as a law clerk in both private and public sector law firms and as an extern at the Oregon Supreme Court and Lane County Circuit Court. She returned to Lane County Circuit Court for a judicial clerkship after graduation. Prior to law school, Katherine worked as a legal assistant for a business transactional law firm. She received a Master’s degree in English and an undergraduate degree in Creative and Professional Writing. Katherine is admitted to practice in Oregon State and Federal District Courts and is a member of the Oregon State and Lane County Bar Associations. She and her husband have lived in Eugene for seven years, where they enjoy spending time outdoors with their son.
