Mark A ManningMark Manning has been a member of Harder, Wells, Baron and Manning since 2003. Mark’s area of legal expertise is focused solely on Social Security Disability. He has a personal history of dealing with family members with medical problems so he chose to practice disability law to help others. To date, he has handled thousands of disability cases.

He graduated with a B.A. from Colorado State University in 1993 and followed it up with graduate studies in Political Science at Colorado State from 1993 to 1995. In 2000, he received his J.D. from the University of Oregon.

In the past, he served as judicial law clerk to Judge Karsten Rasmussen at Lane county Circuit Court and a Social Security judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court of Oregon.

Mark is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Lane County Bar, Coos County Bar, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and is admitted to practices in the United States District Court, Oregon.

In his spare time, Mark is an avid mountain biker.
